Problem Note 68490: You see an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error for the flushCaches API when you deploy a content release on the SAS® Risk Governance Framework
When you deploy a content release on the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might see an error similar to the following in the cr_tool.log file:

NOTE: 500 Internal Server Error
The SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log contains the following error:
ERROR com.sas.oprisk.monitor.rest.controller.GlobalControllerExceptionHandler - Caught unexpected exception, returning internal server error.
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.sas.oprisk.server.cache.gemfireCache.GemFireCacheService.flush(GemFireCacheService.java:68)
The problem occurs when you deploy the content release in a clustered environment.
