Problem Note 68379: The SAS® Risk Governance Framework renders the Configure Expression window incorrectly when you use the Microsoft Windows operating system

When you use the ExprEditor component in a screen definition file in the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might encounter encoding issues when you view the Configure Expression window. The problem occurs when you use the Windows operating system.
You might see issues such as the following when you view the Configure Expression window:
- The window displays an invalid character when you attempt to create a new expression, as shown below:
- The window fails to render completely when you edit an existing expression, as shown below:
To work around the issue, perform the following steps:
- Delete the following file: SAS-configurationdirectory\Levn\Web\WebAppServer\SASServer8_1\sas_webapps\sas.riskgovernanceframework.war\resources\sas\risk\common\library-preload.js.
- Clear the web browser cache.
