Problem Note 68310: A newly created model in SAS® Model Risk Management is in Read-Only mode and is missing workflow actions

In SAS® Model Risk Management 7.4, when you create a new model, either by clicking the New icon, or selecting Create New From on the Actions menu, the model might be in Read-Only mode.
Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:
- Sign in to the UI.
- Either click the New icon or select Create New From on the Actions menu in order to create a new model. For the new model, fill in all required fields.
- Click the Save icon to save the model.
- The model is now in Read-Only mode without any workflow actions, and you cannot edit it.
The workaround is to close the model and then reopen it again. You can then edit the model as expected.
