Problem Note 68241: The Reason Text field incorrectly accepts blank spaces as a text entry in SAS® Governance and Compliance Manager 7.4

In SAS Governance and Compliance Manager 7.4, a text entry is required in the Reason Text field.
However, if you enter only blank spaces, the entry is still accepted even though it should not be accepted.
