Problem Note 68073: Formulas return the value #VALUE and an error is generated when you use SAS® Demand Planning with Microsoft Excel CDA formulas

Occasionally, when you use Cell Direct Access (CDA) formulas in Microsoft Excel with SAS Demand Planning, you might see that the CDA formulas return the value #VALUE!. When this problem happens, the following error is displayed in the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office log:

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
