Problem Note 68828: The addxlsdata command fails to load dimensional data when you deploy SAS® Risk Stratum and use a locale other than English
When you deploy SAS Risk Stratum and use a locale other than English, you might encounter an error while loading data into the SAS® Risk Governance Framework environment. You might see the following error in the cr_tool.log file when you use the addxlsdata command to load the stratum_data_loader.xlsx file:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The workbook already contains a sheet of this name
If you attempt to load the data through the user interface of the web application, you might see the following error:
No such loader worksheet-name
The problem might occur when you try to load one of the following data loader worksheets:
- SolutionCreatedInDimension
- SolutionsSharedWithDimension
- SolutionsSharedWithTrans
- SolutionCreatedInTrans
To work around the issue, perform the following step as appropriate for your operating system before trying again to load the data:
- If you are using Microsoft Windows, add English (United States) as a supported language in the Settings application in Windows.
- If you are using Linux, export the English language as shown below:
export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
A hot fix is planned for this issue.
