Problem Note 68706: An HTTP 500 error occurs for some time zones when you try to configure sas.logon.sessions to limit sessions for users in SAS® Viya® 3.5

When you try to configure sas.logon.sessions to limit the number of sessions for the users, an HTTP 500 error similar to the following occurs:
You encounter this error when you configure the following options for SAS® Logon Manager, and then restart it:
- Set config/SASLogon/sas.logon.sessions/maxConcurrentPrivilegedSessions = -2
- Set config/SASLogon/sas.logon.sessions/maxConcurrentSessions=1
- Set config/SASLogon/sas.logon.sessions/rejectNewSessionsIfMaxExceeded=false
When this issue occurs, an error similar to the following appears in the saslogon log:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: null
at java.util.Date.parse(Date.java:617)
at java.util.Date.<init>(Date.java:274)
at com.sas.logon.session.UaaSessionRegistry.getAllSessions(UaaSessionRegistry.java:61)
at org.springframework.security.web.authentication.session.ConcurrentSessionControlAuthenticationStrategy.onAuthentication(ConcurrentSessionControlAuthenticationStrategy.java:93)
at org.springframework.security.web.authentication.session.CompositeSessionAuthenticationStrategy.onAuthentication(CompositeSessionAuthenticationStrategy.java:89)
This issue occurs when your system time zone is set to something other than GMT or a US time zone.
