When you use the SQL procedure with metadata LIBNAME engine (MLE) libraries, the query is sent incorrectly to Oracle.

The issue occurs when all of the following are true:

• Both library names in PROC SQL are assigned to the MLE. 
• One of the MLE libraries connects to Oracle.
• The DBIDIRECTEXEC option is set.

You can use one of these available workarounds for this issue:

• Set the NODBIDIRECTEXEC option.
• Assign one of the libraries to the native engine instead of the MLE.
• Assign both of the libraries to the native engine.
