Problem Note 67898: You cannot update the "Assignee" field for a workflow in SAS® Task Manager 2.4 and SAS® Data Remediation 2.4
You might experience a problem setting the Assignee field as expected for a workflow in SAS Data Remediation 2.4 and SAS Task Manager 2.4.
In the previous release (2.2) for these products, the user ID that triggered a current action was immediately assigned to be related to the Modified By attribute. In the current release (2.4), the Modified By field continues to be linked to the user ID of the person who created the issue.
Because of this problem, you cannot update the Assignee field for a workflow to have a different user ID than the user ID of the person who created the issue.
