Problem Note 67742: Performance degradation occurs when you open campaigns in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

When you open campaigns in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, performance might degrade. For example, loading campaigns can take up to > 6 minutes.
During these times, the following messages are shown in the SASCustIntelCore6.x log file:

Typically these "loading" and "Time taken acquiring pooled information map" steps should not take this long.

Depending on your environment, these performance delays might occur when you have a large number of data items defined in your Information Map (>2,000) plus an additional large number of Calculated Data items defined in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.

Please also note that using Filter data items in the Information Map are not supported with SAS® Customer Intelligence because they can affect performance heavily.
