Problem Note 67722: The "Save" button is not available when you add a note to the diagram in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the Save button is not available when you add a note to the diagram.
You experience this problem when you right-click inside a diagram and select Add Note. When you make the selection, the Save button is unavailable (grayed out), as shown below.

When you add a note, the application does not recognize the addition as a change. As a result, the Save button remains unavailable. Because you cannot save the change, the note that you add disappears if you close and then re-open the campaign.
To work around this problem, you need to move the note. Once you do that, the Save button should be available, as shown below.
