Problem Note 67649: The SAS® Risk Governance Framework fails to display available workflow actions when you run a cycle in SAS® Risk Stratum

When you run a cycle in SAS Risk Stratum, you might not see the next available workflow actions after the completion of the previous workflow task. The SAS Risk Governance Framework web application might fail to display the Workflow Actions menu.
To work around the issue, you must refresh the web browser screen.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you install the hot fix, you must modify your screen definition file for the Cycle business object to enable the fix and to decrease the need to refresh the screen. Perform the following steps:
- Download the Cycle screen definition file from the Administration menu of the web application.
- Make a backup copy of the screen definition file.
- Edit the file, and change the following line:
<set name="TEMP.POLLING_URL" value="if(statusCd eq 'running', concat('rest/',getContentId(false),'/cycles?fields=objectId&key=' + custObj214Rk + '&statusCd=running'), null)" />
You must change the line to what is shown here:
<set name="TEMP.POLLING_URL" value="if(statusCd eq 'running', concat('rest/',getContentId(false),'/cycles/',custObj214Rk,'/workflowReady?fieldName=statusCd&fieldValue=running'), null)" />
- Save the change, and then upload the modified screen definition file to the web application.
