Problem Note 67498: A spreadsheet might fail to export when you are trying to validate ranges

In SAS® Risk Governance Framework, a spreadsheet export fails when you try to validate ranges.
This issue is seen when the spreadsheet contains more than one tab, and two or more of those tabs have a drop-down cell with the same column ID.
Specifically, the issue is in the ExportDataUtil.java file in the rangeCellsValidation2 function. For example, the validation cell is named in this way:
String namedConstraint = "hidden_" + colKey + rowStr;
However, there needs to be something in the syntax construction of this string that specifically relates to the tab in which the cell is being validated. An example follows:
Integer sheetIndex = wb.getWorkbook().getSheetIndex(ws.getPoiSheet().getSheetName())
String namedConstraint = "hidden_" + sheetIndex + colKey + rowStr;
String namedConstraint = "hidden_" + sheetIndex + colKey + rowStr;
