Problem Note 67493: Task buttons are missing from your screen when you view a task that is created with SAS® Workflow Studio
The workflow template in SAS Workflow Studio has defined participants for each task. The following list shows the participant types:
- User Name
- Group Name
- Organization Role Name
- Privilege Name
When the workflow that is defined with this template has the Organization Role Name participant for a task, SAS® Task Manager does not recognize any user who has that assigned role. Then certain task buttons, such as Status, are not displayed in the Task Details pane.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.

fixed.
When you are defined as the task administrator on a defined template in SAS Workflow Studio, you should see certain task buttons and have the ability to claim the task when viewing the task via the web application.
