Problem Note 67458: A content release on SAS® Risk Governance Framework fails to load after you restart SASServer8_1

When you log on to SAS Risk Governance Framework and choose a solution, the web application might fail to load the solution content. When the problem occurs, you continue to see the message Loading... on the display, and the web application fails to respond.
The problem occurs after you restart SASServer8_1.
To work around the issue, wait up to 10 minutes after SASServer8_1 restarts before you attempt to log on to the web application.
