Problem Note 67350: A campaign generates an exception error when you save it in SAS® Customer Intelligence
When you execute SAS Customer Intelligence campaigns in batch mode, you might encounter the following exception error in the SASCustIntelCore6.6.log:
2021-01-20 17:48:10,262 WARN [CIAsyncExec-496] [25f5a2640c3a3c8b:-25bbc5f4:1771eac2ff5:5d28] [sasdemo] com.sas.analytics.crm.cm.Campaign - Campaign <name of the campaign> generated an exception while being saved, restoring 'modified' state
java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
2021-01-20 17:48:10,265 ERROR [CIAsyncExec-496] [25f5a2640c3a3c8b:-25bbc5f4:1771eac2ff5:5d28] [sasdemo] com.sas.analytics.crm.flow.MAFlow - Exception saving after execution: com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException
If you use IBM Platform LSF as your job scheduling system, an exit code of 30 is shown as well in the execution history, as shown below:
If you view the execution history in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, you can see that the communication is executed successfully and the expected export file is written. However, it is confusing because you do receive the error and exit code.
To resolve this issue, re-execute the campaign.
