Problem Note 67201: SAS® Studio 3.8 does not show the history of the main branch of a cloned repository
Repository hosting services such as GitHub and Microsoft Azure Repos have changed the default name of the main branch of a repository from "master" to "main."
If you clone a repository that has the main branch called "main," SAS Studio refers to the main branch as "main" and you can perform all the usual actions of commit, push, pull, and so on. However, you are not able to view the history of the main branch that is called "main."
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After the hot fix is applied, you see the history for the main branch despite how it is named, whether the main branch is named “main” or "master."
