Problem Note 67195: The number of Oracle ocius.msb open files in SAS® Federation Server increases over time

In SAS Federation Server, you might notice that the number of open Oracle ocius.msb files increases over time. This problem occurs when you connect to a federated data source name (DSN) containing more than one member DSN that connects to the same Oracle service (path). This issue is especially noticeable in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager because of the periodic connect and disconnect cycles inherent in the SAS® Decision Services engine server.
There is no workaround for this issue other than to restart SAS Federation Server.
