Problem Note 67040: You see the error "An error occurred while updating the following issues" after a workflow with a new issue is triggered in SAS® Data Remediation 2.4

You are raising a new issue for SAS Data Remediation 2.4 that triggers a workflow. However, you see the following error message:

An error occurred while updating the following issues

In the SASDataRemediation.log file, you identify the following error details:

... ERROR com.sas.svcs.remediation.rest.RemediationRestController - Workflow template not defined for issue type ...

This problem happens when a task has the word "Open" only in its name. Renaming the task differently (for example, "Open UI") solves this issue.
