In SAS Business Rules Manager, a rule flow that contains a term that is excluded from an output does not produce the correct value for the term. Instead of retrieving a value from a scoring input table for the term, SAS Business Rules Manager assigns a missing value for the term. This problem occurs when the rule has the following characteristics: 

• The rule uses a term where the option Exclude from output is selected. 
• The term is used as an action term only.

To work around this issue, you need to clear the Exclude from output selection for the term.
