Derived prediction objects, such as a graph that uses a derived cluster ID, might not work correctly when filtered by other prompts or graphs in a SAS Visual Analytics report. This issue can happen in the following scenario:

• A cluster object is filtered by a prompt.
• You derive a cluster ID from that cluster.
• You use the cluster ID in another graph, such as a bar chart.
• Another prompt filters the bar chart.

In this case, the bar chart might not be filtered correctly.

To work around this issue, do not filter the cluster object before deriving the cluster ID. Any filter on the cluster object itself overrides any filter on an object that uses the derived cluster ID.
