Problem Note 66946: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio becomes unresponsive and the SASCustIntelCore6.6.log grows in size extensively

SAS Customer Intelligence Studio might become unresponsive. When this problem occurs, the SASCustIntelCore6.6.log file grows extensively because it fills up with many instances of the following error (sometimes as many as 4,000 messages in one minute):

Typically, at the same time you might see many instances of this warning message (as many as four times the number of instances of the error messages):

ics.crm.security.ejb.SecurityManagerBean - Call to logout() when session already closed - not decrementing further

Currently, the only workaround is to restart SASServer6 on a daily basis.
