Problem Note 66822: SAS® Business Rules Manager fails to publish a rule flow to a SAS® Metadata Repository folder that contains DBCS characters
When you use SAS Business Rules Manager to publish a rule flow for a second time to a SAS Metadata Repository folder, the process fails and the following message is displayed in the warning dialog box:
Either you do not have access to the folder "folder-name", or the folder does not exist. Please contact your SAS administrator for assistance.
This problem happens when the SAS Metadata Repository folder contains double-byte character set (DBCS) characters,
To work around this issue, you need to remove the corresponding rule flow from the SAS Metadata Repository folder.
