Problem Note 66708: Creating a new folder under Files in the SAS® Enterprise Guide® Servers pane might fail with the message "Unable to create a new folder"

In SAS Enterprise Guide, you might receive the following error when creating a new folder under SASApp ► Files in the Servers pane:
"Unable to create a new folder".
This error message might appear in your SEguide.log:
BEGIN_13476:OnNewFolder:ServerListVM.cs@3460: Creating a new folder.
2020-09-22 03:35:57,344 [1] ERROR SAS.EG.Framework.Panes.Servers.ServerListVM [(null)] - OnNewFolder() - The selected item is not a folder or is a folder object that has no SDS object backing it. Because of this, it is impossible for us to be able to create a new folder under it. The item is named Files and is of type "ServerFoldersContainer".
The problem occurs only when File Navigation in SAS Workspace Server Properties is set to SAS User Root.
