Problem Note 66653: Running multiple Import Data tasks from the same source data might cause errors in SAS® Enterprise Guide® 8.1 and 8.2
When you run multiple Import Data tasks linked from the same source data, you might encounter errors similar to the following in SAS Enterprise Guide 8.1 and 8.2:
The process cannot access the file
'C:\Users\YourUserIDHere\AppData\Roaming\SAS\EnterpriseGuide\EGTEMP\SEG-14872-127d64af\contents\FormatCache-3DED929D-7255-488F-98B0-58AEFE162B07.dat' because it is being used by another process.
An item with the same key has already been added.
And, if you try to open the output data of any of the failed Import Data tasks, then you are likely to see the following error:
Cannot open data set "..." File WORK... does not exist. For data from a work library, rerun your code to rebuild the data set. Re-running the process flow might result in some of the import data tasks having no output table at all, or, all the data might be generated correctly.
