In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might notice that the user interface becomes unresponsive, as shown below:

This problem occurs under the following conditions:

• You use the Edit Value dialog while you populate values for treatment custom details.
• You attempt to delete a calculated variable from the selection list.

To resolve the issue, you must exit the browser and restart SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.
