Problem Note 66516: The message "ERROR: setupSymbolicLinks returned false but did not set exception..." occurs when creating an instance

Errors occur after you take the following actions in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6:
- Create a job-flow instance where at least one of the output data objects is a folder.
- Publish that instance.
- Create a brand-new, identical instance with the same configuration and input data.
The flow is unusable until the published instance is deleted. You see the following errors:
