Authentication to a SAS^® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) server fails with an "Access denied..." error when the connection is initiated on a SAS^®9 SAS/CONNECT server in a Windows environment.

This authentication problem does not occur when the user name is 8 characters or less and the password is 15 characters or less.
