Problem Note 66362: The error "Could not read JSON . . ." is generated when you validate a business context in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the following error might be displayed after you upgrade to SAS® Customer Intelligence 6.6.
The problem happens when you perform the following steps:
- In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, select Setup ► Business Context.
- Open a business context and click Validate.
You can create a new business context. However, you cannot validate any existing business context, even without making any modifications.
This issue might occur because the business context was never saved or updated in previous releases of SAS Customer Intelligence.
The only workaround is to open and save the business context in previous releases before you upgrade to SAS Customer Intelligence 6.6.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
