Problem Note 66199: Remote Library Service statements using DBMS options might fail with "ERROR: A communication subsystem message presentation interface failure..."

RLS (Remote Library Service) statements using the following might fail:
- a DBMS engine
- DBMS options
- a client or remote machine that is under z/OS
- a client side SAS session that is running SAS® 9.4M5 (TS1M5) or SAS® 9.4M6 (TS1M6)
In this scenario, the following error occurs:
ERROR: A communication subsystem message presentation interface failure has occurred.
ERROR: A bug in SAS has been encountered. Please call your SAS representative and report the following message: WZX: conversion buffer overflowed.
