In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, missing values are exported when you export numeric treatment tags that are attached to only one Cell node. This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create a simple campaign by selecting Select ► Cell and creating a Communication or Export node.
- Assign two treatments to the Cell node, where the treatments use character, numeric, and date tags.
- On the Export page, select all tags for the exported file.
- Export the campaign (for example, to a text file). Once you complete this step, numeric values are missing from the second treatment, although date and character tag values work, as shown below:
"D","1189750101","R20 off R100|R40 off R200","TRT3047|TRT3048","ZA|FR|ZA","|","ALL|A|ALL","|","Either|Either"," |","20200630|20200630",".",".",".","4|4","0|1","0|1",".","."
As a workaround, you can create a second Cell node in the diagram and attach Treatment1 to Cell1 and Treatment2 to Cell2. When you enact this workaround, the complete, correct output is generated:
"D","1189830101","R20 off R100","TRT3047","ZA|FR","","ALL|A","","Either","","20200630","100","20","20","4","0","0","56","78"
"D","1189850101","R40 off R200","TRT3048","ZA","","ALL","","Either","","20200630","200","14","40","4","1","1","12","13"
