Problem Note 66164: The error "Your session is no longer available" occurs in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
You might receive the following error in a pop-up dialog box in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio:
Your session is no longer available.
This problem might happen when you perform steps similar to the following:
- You open a very large campaign that takes some time to load.
- As soon as the campaign starts to open, you immediately decide to close the campaign by clicking the Close button repeatedly.
Once the Close button is enabled (after the campaign is loaded completely), your click is registered and the pop-up message is displayed.
There is no workaround for this problem other than restarting SAS Customer Intelligence Studio.
