Problem Note 66092: SAS® Business Rules Manager 3.3 does not display an equal sign for a rule when the software is installed as an upgrade
If you install SAS Business Rules Manager 3.3 as an upgrade, you might observe that the SAS Business Rules Manager displays existing rules without an equal sign, as shown in the following example:
