Problem Note 66087: Changes to the task definitions for the SAS® Viya® 3.5® operations agent do not persist after you restart the sas-ops-agent
In SAS Viya, the operations agent (in the operations infrastructure) runs a set of tasks. A separate task list is maintained for the server role (ops-agentsrv), which runs on the same machine as the data mart, and for the client role (ops-agent), which runs on every other machine. Each task that the agent runs includes a command (such as sas-peek, sas-check, or ev-genaudit) that is executed each time the task runs. Each task also contains attributes, including how often the task runs, duration, and what command arguments are passed.
Starting with SAS Viya 3.5, changes made to the default sas-ops-agent task attributes are not preserved as expected. When the operations agent is restarted, changes that you made are removed and the original default attributes are present instead.
