Problem Note 66559: A SAS® Data Quality job intermittently fails with the error message "DF_ERROR_LOCALE_NOT_LOADED" due to a concurrency issue
A SAS Data Quality job intermittently fails with messages similar to the following errors:
ERROR: [DQ Engine] Locale has not been loaded. (status: 90BFF838, rc: -707)
ERROR: Unexpected error detected in function DQMATCH:
ERROR: DF_ERROR_LOCALE_NOT_LOADED
FATAL: Undetermined execution error detected in the execution of the DATA step
program. Aborted during the EXECUTION phase
This problem occurs when the job is run concurrently with other SAS Data Quality jobs. However, if the job is executed independently of other SAS Data Quality jobs, the failure does not occur.
