Problem Note 66427: Testing, publishing, or running a DATA step scenario in SAS® Visual Investigator fails when the database is Oracle18

When you test, publish, or run a DATA step scenario, and your database is Oracle18, you might encounter errors depending on the usage activity.
When publishing and running the scenario, you can see a error like the following in the sas-viya-vsd-service-default log:
