Problem Note 65888: Using date-and-time or time ranges in custom-detail fields in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio changes the time unexpectedly
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the time changes when you use date-and-time of time ranges in custom-detail fields. This problem happens when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Create a custom detail using a date, where the value for the Date type field is Date and time, as shown below:

- Use this custom detail in a campaign and enter a time (for example, 10:00:00 AM):

- DO NOT save the value that you entered in step 2 before you navigate to a different page. When you return to the original page, the time has changed. In the example below, the value changed from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM:

As a workaround, save the time before you leave the page.
A similar behavior is encountered when you perform these steps:
- Create a stored process in SAS® Management Console with a Time Range and enter values for the From and To fields, as shown below:

- Use this stored process in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. When you open it, the time values have changed:

- Change the Time and Date and Time values in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio:

- Save, close, and re-open the stored process. The value in the From field has changed:

There is no workaround for the second issue.
