Problem Note 65806: You are unable to create a cycle in SAS® Solution for CECL when you use Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication
The execution task to create a cycle might fail in SAS Solution for CECL when you use Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication. The problem could occur for any content release on the SAS® Risk Governance Framework that contains the Cycle object.
When the problem occurs, you see an error similar to the following in the SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log:
