Problem Note 65784: Database management commands in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework fail when you use IBM Tivoli Access Manager WebSEAL

When you use WebSEAL with a content release on the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might not be able to run any data management commands, such as addxlsdata or adddata. When you run any of the commands in the SAS-configuration-directory/Levn/Applications/SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkAdministrativeTools/dbscripts directory, you might see an error similar to the following in the log file:
