Problem Note 65694: SAS® might terminate or return a "sas.exe has stopped working" error when running PROC X12 or PROC X13 with the X11 statement option FORCE=ROUND
PROC X12 or PROC X13 might cause SAS to terminate or to stop processing with the following error:
Termination or this error or both have been observed under the following conditions:
- the time series variable is monthly and begins in December of the first year of data, and
- the FORCE=ROUND option is specified in the X11 statement
If the time series variable is quarterly and begins in the 4th quarter of the first year of data, then PROC X12 or PROC X13 does not terminate or return the above error. However, the results in Tables D11R and E6R produced by the X11 statement are incorrect.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
SAS might terminate or return a "sas.exe has stopped working" error when running the X12 procedure or X13 procedure. This occurs if the FORCE=ROUND option is specified in the X11 statement and the monthly time series variable starts in December of the first year of data.
