Problem Note 65680: SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Oracle contains a remote code execution vulnerability
Severity: Medium
Description: SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle contains a remote code execution vulnerability when the BL_SQLLDR_PATH= option is used.
Potential Impact: An attacker might execute arbitrary code.
Note: The BL_SQLLDR_PATH option is no longer supported. It is recommended to use the new SQLLDRPATH system option instead, which is used as follows by the ACCESS engine:
If the SQLLDRPATH system option is set to a non-blank value, it is used as the SQLLDR location for bulk load with the Oracle SQL*Loader utility.
You can add the -SQLLDRPATH option in the sasv9.cfg file, as shown here: -sqlldrpath /dbi/oracle/11g/bin/sqlldr.
