In a SAS Visual Analytics report, long crosstab column headings might be truncated instead of wrapped. This issue can occur when you create a crosstab with two category data items in the Columns role.
For example, suppose that you create a report based on the following data source. The TEST column contains a long string of text.
You create a crosstab with TEST and Sex in the Columns role, and Name in the Rows role.
In this specific case, when you reduce the width of the column TEST, the column heading text is not wrapped. Instead, the text is truncated.
If you remove the Sex data item from the Category role, then the long column headers are automatically wrapped.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note for a link to instructions about accessing and applying the software update.
Note: If you encounter this problem but you did not place two category data items in the Columns role, then see SAS Note 65587, "Column headings and measure values in a crosstab are truncated in a SAS® Visual Analytics report."
