Problem Note 65231: In SAS® Enterprise GRC, you see an "Internal Server Error" when you modify an action plan that you accessed through a direct link
If you use a direct link to edit and update an action plan in SAS Enterprise GRC, you might see an "Internal Server Error" message. For example, you might see the issue when you use a link in an email notification to edit the action plan.
When the problem occurs, the SAS Enterprise GRC log file contains errors similar to the following:
