Problem Note 65081: The SAS® Risk Governance Framework incorrectly enables you to edit an expired delegation

When the time period for a delegation in the SAS Risk Governance Framework has expired, you should be able to view the delegation but not edit it. Instead, the web application might enable you to edit the delegation. If you edit the expired delegation and try to change a value, you might see the following error:
