Problem Note 65013: A grid sign-in attempt using pwd=_AUTHINFO_ fails in SAS® Viya® 3.5

When you attempt to sign in to the grid with pwd=_AUTHINFO_ specified, the sign-in fails with error messages that are similar to the following:
NOTE: Remote signon to HOSTXXX commencing (SAS Release V.03.05M0P101019).
ERROR: A communication subsystem partner link setup request failure has
occurred.
ERROR: Retrieval of credentials from authinfo file failed.
ERROR: Remote signon to HOSTI canceled.
