Problem Note 65707: The "Last Modified By" field for a table object is not updated after you select "Update Metadata"
The Last Modified By field in metadata should always contain a reference to the user who last changed a table object. However, if you modify a table object and then select Update Metadata for the object in either SAS® Management Console or SAS® Data Integration Studio, the field is not updated, as expected, with your user ID.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
You can select "Update Metadata" in either SAS® Management Console or SAS® Data Integration Studio. However, the process does not alter the "Last Modified By" field.
