Problem Note 65432: You encounter issues and multiple error messages are displayed when you click the "Save" button on the prompt page in SASĀ® Visual Investigator
You might encounter the following behaviors in SAS Visual Investigator when you click the Save button on the prompt page:
- Any changes made to the entity are saved, but these changes are not reflected on the main entity page. In order for the changes to be reflected, you must close and reopen the entity page.
- You might see the following error message: "The task xxxxx could not be found. The task process was completed, the task was cancelled due to an exceeded timer event, or the process was cancelled"
- You might see the following error message if you dismiss the page prompt and try to alter an item on the page prompt: "xxxxx could not be updated because another user has already saved changes to this resource. Please reload the data and try again."
These issues occur when the boundary timer has been exceeded.
