Problem Note 64931: An incorrect index is selected by the SQL procedure when the number of distinct values exceed 2147483647 (2 GiB - 1)

The SQL planner might select an incorrect index at execution time. This issue can occur when the number of distinct values in an index associated with the data set exceeds 2147483647 (which is 2 GiB [gibibytes] - 1).
PROC SQL executes correctly but can take a longer time than expected to complete due to a nonoptimized index selection.
