Problem Note 64865: A user cannot see expected business objects in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework when the user is assigned to roles with the EVERYWHERE scope

A user might not see a business object that should be visible in a content release on the SAS Risk Governance Framework. The problem might occur when both of the following conditions are met:
- The assigned positions for the user include more than one role with the EVERYWHERE scope.
- The business object does not contain an operational area.
The problem might also occur in SAS® Enterprise GRC.
To work around the issue, assign only one position with the EVERYWHERE scope to the user.
