Problem Note 64784: You see a "java.lang.IllegalStateException" error in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework when you use Integrated Windows Authentication

When you use Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) with a content release on the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might see an HTTP 500 server error during task execution. When the problem occurs, the web application fails to respond, and you see the following error in the SAS Risk Governance Framework log file:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: No services are available for: com.sas.svcs.authentication.client.ImpersonationService. Is a required process not started?
You might also see an authentication issue when you use an account that is not internal, such as a Windows domain account.
